A few more steps
Ok, we've got to that moment. When enthusiasm begins to fade out, I start to feel tired and I lack the motivation to go on. When I start thinking things like "well, I am so close, would it be such a big deal if I did not work on my game today?".
Turns out it would be: not only because the challenge is about building the habit and carrying it on, but also because just by forcing myself to at least play to my game tonight I was able to catch (and correct) a small bug which caused the power up spawn points not to be reset. And since I were on it, I also found a way to give the player some information about when said power up is equipped (spoiler alert: as it is an invisibility power up, player sprite is 50% transparent when it is equipped).
The secret is just not to try to quantify how much's left to do, just test and improve what I have done so far. A few steps at a time.
